Had other companies fail to fix my fridge twice before I called CT. He already knew what the problem was on the phone. Sure enough, came over, stuck a screwdriver in a little vent hole, ordered me the part, and knocked the problem right out. CT knows fridges inside and out and you can tell by talking to him. He may not have a website or swoopy branding, but he won't BS you and he'll charge you fairly. Give CT a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Charlie is AWESOME!!! He told me the repair would cost more than a new microwave so he didn't charge me a dime. So then I asked him for an estimate for my dishwasher which also wasn't working, and he just said it was a stuck motor, did a couple things and it was working again. He still didn't ask for anything in return but my wife made sure we tip'd him for his trouble. The guy is as honest as they come, I will be sure to call him for any future appliance problems.

After looking at all the reviews of this guy, I figured I would give him a call. My dryer went out and after taking it apart, I found that the belt that makes the tub spin had broke. Called him up and was able to come out a couple of hours later. He came in and verified that nothing else was wrong before installing the new belt. He was in and out in less than an hour.
